July 1, 2023, Fee Increases for Administrators and Vendors:
In accordance with AB 135, an increase to the Administrator Certification Program fees is effective July 1, 2023. See Provider Information Notice (PIN) 21-11-CCLD (Changes to Administrator Certification Program Fees) for more information. Please read this PIN before you submit an administrator or vendor application or new course request. Failure to submit the appropriate fee may result in processing delays.

March 1, 2023 State of Emergency and COVID-19 Waiver Ending:
The State of Emergency Related to COVID-19 and all COVID-19 waivers are ending on February 28, 2023. Effective March 1, 2023, vendors, prospective administrators, and current administrators will be required to fulfill in-person course attendance requirements. Please refer to PIN 22-30-ACS and Regulations for more information.
September 1, 2022 Update to the ACS Mainline:
Effective September 1, 2022 the ACS will be changing the ACS Mainline Phone hours from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. To speak to a live operator, please call between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
